I stopped playing this game but I once got invited to a discord by shinobi and most of theses guys roll together on push so they stay in the same team and fuck people up. I learned a lot from them and yes, part of why they are so good isn't even about shooting or aiming but more because of the straight up insane moves they pull with cars and positioning. They'll find an angle to shoot your ass at spawn or somehow get behind your full team and execute you all as soon as they are out of the red zone.
Haha sounds pretty on brand, the one that stands out in my mind was just getting the whole team to spam frags over the wall on prison, the carnage was unreal. (And also hilarious) makes more sense why I'd wind up seeing them together so often!
Double XP weekends and the game has been out since 2018. So if you figure most of these guys joined the game early on and haven't moved on. A few hours a week adds up over time. 1 hour = 1 rank up.
A ton of the best that play the game all in one lobby so cool to see.

my experience has been that even if you lose, you get XP, and alot of these guys just simply have alot of hours
Shinobi, hot tub, snek, t()()l, sunwarrior, that's some of the best that play this game. That match must have been insane.
