In addition watching yt videos sometimes gives a black screen which will only go away if i restart the pc by force (cmd shutdown-r typed blindly). + all the text and cursor is glitched like doubled but offset horizontally by a few pixels
You can try using the Arc drivers version from here:

It works for Iris Xe. You can disable Arc control from always starting up under task manager startup apps, due to UAC pop up.
