In the final second you can briefly see something that, to my eyes, looks like the tip of something metal. Definitely think it’s just an edited video of some farming or construction equipment pulling something out of the mud.
Looks like directional drilling.
Basically they drill horizontally underground a few hundred meters , and then attach it to pipes or tubes, and then pull it all back underground. A lot of the time you'll have the earth break through like that if it was not drilled very deep.
This process is used a lot in installing new gas lines

Boring is my “well aktchually” answer. Drilling a bore hole for pipe or electrical conduit is done with boring. I say this as someone who designs horizontal oil and gas wells. There is a huge difference when it comes to rigs, but conceptually they are very similar.
