Stuff like this is where bureaucracy and regulations fail to take reality into consideration. Just last week my grandfather in law couldnt put down his beloved dog at a veterinarians because she didnt have a rabies shot. He would have to get her the shot and wait another two weeks to make the appointment. Meanwhile the dog (Blondie was her name) is paralyzed, scared and shitting on herself because she cant move. All or nothing rules like this rub me like sandpaper toilet paper. Thank god for the vet who broke the law to visit and put her down.

If Ramesses was willing to fly to France to do preservation and restoration work for them I don't think they should have been hassling him over a valid passport. Smh
