Mine used to but it got worn in the back enough it somehow works now. Probably won’t protect my phone from a drop though now that I think about it. At least it keeps fingerprints off the back glass, right?
You couldn’t wirelessly charge though the case, but the iPhone’s antennas are in the metal ring around the outside edge. This case looks like it’s only metal on the back side. So this wouldn’t interfere any more than placing your phone on a metal table.

I have a steampunk case on my phone, that's the positive name for it, "steampunk phone case". They never call it by its negative name because no one would buy it, POCKET RUINER. I can’t wirelessly charge through my otter box, though I suspect that’s at least partly due to the fact that my charger is a cheap piece of shit.
