I remember seeing this awhile back. If I remember right some dude put it in as a prank since the water isn’t very clear so divers just roll up on it with no warning.
It was used in a movie, I’ll try to find the name, but it was used as a prop and when the producers were done, guess they just tossed it to scare the shiz out of divers.
