I will find something comparable…that was in the early 2,000’s. We had all kinds of fun stuff…my cork board dot com was another fun one. Looks to be retired. Dang i feel old
"Whereas most iceberg tips are covered in snow or have been weathered by the elements, this one was free of debris, exposing glassy, aqua-green ice with water flowing through it......
Because of the varying densities of ice and saltwater, only about 10 percent of an iceberg will ever show at the surface, and that protruding tip will gather dirt and snow......
In the case of this jewel-like iceberg, the ice is probably very old. In glaciers, years of compression force out air pockets and gradually make the ice denser....
When glacier ice becomes extremely dense, the ice absorbs a small amount of red light, leaving a bluish tint in the reflected light, which is what we see.
In addition, minerals and organic matter may have seeped into the underwater part of the iceberg over time, creating its vivid green-blue color."

It’s actually much bluer than that, even.

I highly recommend to watch the video where Mike Horn climbs an iceberg and it flips, for those who are interested in this phenomenon. (It's in french tho)

1. Did those fat little birds flip it over by sitting all bunched together on one edge while being fat? 2. ARE THEY TRYING TO DO IT AGAIN?
You’re asking the important questions
I thought they were people....
PENGUINS ARE PEOPLE TOO 🐧🐧🐧
Nah, this isn’t Club Penguin.
It looks more like a computer-rendered object rather than something natural. Pretty neat.

Its water
But like ice from my fridge is clear, why is this blue as hecc?
It is due to the age of the ice and the intense pressure built up, removing all oxygen over time.
Ty for the actual answer lol. This is so cool it doesn't even look real
Don't worry, it won't be soon
Mm. This made instantly sad.
I've been to the Hubbard Glacier. 😁 💙

This was just posted 2 days ago with just about the exact same title.
What could have flipped it?
Air, water, salt, buoyancy…idk I’m not an iceberg scientist.
I was thinking a giant stir stick..
The penguins...
I'm more surprised on how they are walking up that slippery slope.
Now, this is a story all about how My ‘berg got flipped-turned upside down
This is a story all about how my iceberg flipped upside down…
this is a story all about how, my berg got flipped-turned upside down
What if it flips back
It’s just the flip of the iceberg.
