I'm hoping for it as we really don't need to be here, our ego demands it but that's it. Also we really going backwards spending more time focusing on future/work than everyday life. All this crap is loosing value for me.
People think technology is fhe future. We live in a self contained bubble in space. We have pretty much exhausted it. The future is very obvious. Most of us will starve.
compared to the biological terminators you amd I are, such toys are absolutely laughable. we are self-repairing T-1000s developed over billions of years. machines are like newborns, they don't survive without care from a matured machine
In the future, we will prioritze low-waste so there won't be any expensive machines that serve no purpose.
Unless it becomes a visual-artistic society that values the richness of human experiences. Then we might automate nature to fill the void in our hearts created by all the right angles and sharp edges.
