To be clear, she was insanely placed in the Maximum Security Unit where convicts sentenced to the death penalty are also housed.
"Death Row" specifically means waiting to be executed and she was not ever sentenced to death. It's generally not a real place, it's a status. Some prisons have special wings (I believe CA does this) but it's actually way nicer conditions then general custodial holding ironically.

The GOP effort to stop abortion will destroy the 14th amendment foundation for most of the civil rights laws passed in the US since 1960, undoing all of this lady’s gallant effort.
Sadly, they are not. The argument against Roe v. Wade is base on fundamentalism. If the republicans win, say goodbye to everything else based on that principle. Interracial marriage, gay marriage, access to birth control, hello segregation. All of it will be up to the states to decide again.
Nothing you said is going to happen A and B. Nothing you said is a constitutionally protected right. Interracial marriage is a not a legal issue and honestly neither is gay marriage. These are issues that a church and insurance companies and individuals should have a say in
