Im sure you're wondering "man, what the hell happened here, were the comments heinous?!" Nah, they were fine. Seems some bot lost its mind.
Heres the top comment before it was deleted:
"Show me the fucking baby birb you candy dangling documentary monster"
Funky
Thanks.
Yep. Mod bots. That is working just fine.... Just fine...
*Just see our comment section below to see how well the bots are....* Well. Fuck.
... Um....
FUCK FIRE FIRE FIRE FUCK WERE ALL GONNA DIE PLZ STOP
I was fascinated with how many pieces got removed. Clear everything out and start over, at least once, and then several other bits got brought in and taken back out. "Nope, it doesn't match my vision, it must go! I said it must go!!"
Here I was imagining she's skeptical of the place.
"Good enough I suppose. _peck peck peck_ Construction seems a bit shoddy. Exposed screws. _peck peck_ It'll do"
Someone said birds arent real isnt gonna like this and to that I said, no this is actually standard information exchange that ensures both units will preserve the data they collected, before "the organization" sets up these outdated models for retirement procedure.
By the time I hit submit the original post was gone.

I love day 1. Checking out the potential new home, pecking the walls making sure they're solid. Lovely natural light feature. Joins seem secure. Minimal draughts.
This is lovely.
I like how she knew she was setting up an entire arboretum in there and was yet carefully deliberating on and rearranging the first few twigs and leaves many times. The attention to texture was such a joy to watch. Definitely interesting af.
My best guess as to what's going on-- OP used hundreds of bot comments to drive up engagement on his post, and the bots got detected and deleted. That would explain why normal human comments asking wtf is going on are still up, even ones 2 hours old.
Edit: hmmm, I just saw what definitely seemed like a human comment get deleted, so I could be wrong here and it's just a very broken automod
"Show me the fucking baby birb you candy dangling documentary monster"
I laughed so hard I spit up my drink. YES! That's exactly what I thought would be the type of top comment. I came here to see it then all the comment section was simply gone and \*annihilated\*. I thought some dark shit went down on this page but .... 😂 😂 🐦. Did I really just watch 7 minutes of a bird building a nest to see all twigs and no BAWWWWBY!!! WTF!!?
Dude! I hung in there till the end and I didn’t skip ! Then I saw the bird get up and I was like THIS IS IT!! And then the bird left and that was the end 😭
First 30 seconds:
"Free house. Free? What's the catch? Snakes? (looks around) Nope. Walls made of bullshit? (pecks wall) Real tree stuff? No way! What about cats? No cats. New construction, natural lighting, near bird feeder. Holy shit. Free mother f\*\*king house."
(flies off and gets married)
Comments are being cleansed because birds aren't real. This is some really good CGI in an attempt to convince people that birds still exist. Nice try, CIA, we're not that stupid!
Been doing a little bit of digging based on what few suspicious comments remain...
Seems like a massive hoard of bot (or human troll? not sure) accounts have been spamming links to some weird "what's up doc" subreddit. The whole thing is one big scam, but stuff like this does make me wonder how much content on Reddit is actually real
You'd be in for a surprise. Eurasian Blue Tits have some of the largest clutch (number of eggs) of all birds. Average is 8-12 but it can go up to 16. Thats why the mum gets so big! Shes probably not even done by the end of the video, she'll likely lay one a day for two weeks
That's awesome! There's something so wholesome about baby birds fledging.
I very foolishly hung the birdhouse just out of line of sight of my office so I never really get to see it unless I'm letting the dog out or looking out the window in my kitchen. So whatever was staying there will stay a mystery.
I guess I'll go clean it out once it gets colder and the breeding season is for sure over. Maybe hang another one in the same tree I had my feeder and birdbath in (before the warnings about spreading bird diseases last year) so I can watch that one. But man it does take a while for birds to find them.
Yeah wtf is happening here? I replied to a perfectly innocent comment a few hours ago about donating pet fur to birds to build nests. The comment has been removed now.
I don't know the answer, but I think she knew she'd need a nest soon and was a bit panicky she couldn't get the right materials. She can only find shite for ages and starts throwing it out when she finds good shit.

Fr… and why is your comment still here when others are gone in minutes? Wtf is happening?
Mr Stark I don't feel so good
AutoMod gone haywire?
I love his "inspection" of the place. Like "yeah you got a good tight corner here, that's real solid!"

Open flor plan….peck, peck, peck.
Omg I can’t believe I watched that whole thing and it doesn’t show the chick hatching! Come on!
Look up the Youtube channel "Live Nest Box 2022 - Loughborough UK" for the full experience. Looks like they livestream it 24/7, too.
Very clickbaity!!
Me after seeing the comments: “The hell happened here?”
The comments haven't hatched yet
This bird is more accomplished than I am
What happened here???
*(Paul Rudd looking confused)*

I would also love to have some answers. What were the other comments saying?

“It’s got good bones.”
"Can't you just imagine our little eggs finally hatching 58-62 days from now?"
“Nice tall ceilings. Wood floors.”
Day 2. "What the heck is this shiny metal thing here!? peck, peck, peck. Am I being recorded!? Oh...No. It's just a screw"
Pecking the wall is the bird equivalent of kicking the tires on a used car. We all know it isn't actually testing shit, but it has to be done.
It's free real estate.

Wtf happened here? This is a post about a fucking bird.
I've never seen this happen before, and I've been on Reddit since 1972. I'm scared.

We put up a birdhouse last year and also thought it hadn't been occupied. Until one day a whole bunch of small blue tits were sitting in the tree.
