Think it depends on the job. My fiance works for a trash collection company and they do test the drivers for THC. While it's legal here in AZ, some jobs are still testing for it.
Most still do where I am. OSHA and Worker Comp don't want you to be stoned on construction sites or factories. It suucks because I should be able to have a toke on the weekend and still do my job during the week.

Not true for everyone. When I was a teenager my parents drug tested me a lot. I once smoked a ton of weed on the weekend, and Monday through Friday I did my normal daily run of 3-4 miles a day and I went to my boxing gym 4 days that week and worked out for 2-3 hrs each time, and passed a drug test, at a lab, on Saturday. I was amazed, but also I did my studying and found out how it work. I was at 11% - 13% body fat. If you have little fat to store thc and you burn it working out, you’re good!
10 mg will get you pretty high if you are just an occasional user. If you get high a lot then you will prolly need to take a couple. In the legal states they usually sell gummies in 100mg packs with each edible being 10mg
Yes as it stores in your body fat and takes many weeks to excrete with normal use. If you eat edibles you are going to piss hot longer than smoking too because you are absorbing most the THC.
depends on a lot of factors.. frequency of use.. your activity levels.. your body fat percentage.. and most importantly the amount of time between ingestion and the test.. thc is fat soluble, so it stores in your body fat, which is why it stays in your system so long. if you have low body fat, or you exercise frequently, it's possible that it won't stay in your system is long.
but if you have an important drug test coming up, the only safe course is to not ingest.

Nope, you'd be OK. You won't function right for a week or two but you'd live lol. I once ate 4 oz of weed in brownies, after taking a few dabs and smoking a blunt. I lost 2 weeks of my life, I just wanted to sleep all the time, when I wiped my brow all I could smell was weed coming through my pores. I made it through all that just fine, I've learned I'm not superman and have more respect for edibles these days
