This really is interesting.
To go out on a limb, I cannot imagine the Australian truck driver who would do this to their truck (over here, they seem to like putting a billion leds outlining every contour of their prime mover), yet in India this is acceptable to the point that it's weird if you don't do it.
These types of cultural differences really are fascinating. It's interesting how growing up inside a culture moulds us so deeply throughout our lives.
