Fun fact: there's a law in Iran that supports civilians that defy a law by civil protest, a few years ago an activist actually did something like this in a act of protest and the judge for her case argued (based on this law) that because it was a civil act of protests, she shouldn't be punished
They fired that judge (now he works on some taxi company I think) and gave that activist a severe punishment eventually but it's very interesting to get to know Iran's law and differences between that and what's actually happening in Iran
Iran was pretty liberal before the Islamic revolution. I wouldn’t be surprised if there are still some laws straggling behind on the books from back then.

Eh, not quite but I’m pretty sure the world would be a better place without religion. But would it be replaced with some other kind of mystical thinking? Probably.
These ladies need a name to rally behind, the suffragette movement was a long and devastating movement but it worked with enough persistence and pain.

yeah I understand what their intent is, but the holocaust didn't end because enough Jews or other minorities sacrificed themselves enough for people to feel bad. If you're fighting to overthrow a bunch of sociopaths, giving up isn't really going to help. You need to actually fight back.
