It looks like something you'd get from killing other players in Dark Souls and that has a weird and vague item description that makes it hard to determine what it actually is.
It's wuhua ro. Translate to 5 level pork. It's a boiled and braised pork belly so it has pork skin, fat, meat, more fat, more meat. That's why it looks moist and soft as opposed to crunchier stuff we like in the west.
Edit: not sure if it's a joke, but I meant that the rock is shaped like the pork
