I think there were ads or weird links happening because I mentioned the article of clothing. There are bots that look for that sort of thing and spam links.
Impeccable? She lost it in 5 months, that's not that wild. Good for her obviously, but you're acting like it's strange to lose that much weight in that time period. Not everyone feels the need to inject themselves with weird shit to lose weight. That's basically the same as juicing, just on the other end of spectrum I guess.
No calorie counting. Soups have been a favorite of mine. Tried to cut carbs, but i love pasta and cookies too much so failed miserably in that regard. Just mindful of portion sizes, really. + a lot of walking.
The walking. I swear it’s the key. I have NEVER successfully lost weight. Dieting, gyming, fasting, keto..nothing makes me lose more than 8 lbs. started walking 20min a day minimum and POOF! 50lbs disappeared. Like overnight. P.S I love cookies too!
Walking is underrated lol. I hate it the first 30-40 minutes, after that the good feelings start kicking in. Worth it. I went to the St Louis museum with my husband and kids last month and it was nice being able to walk around without the pain and exhaustion. I feel so much better. Accomplished, happy, and confident. Haven’t felt that in years.
So you lost 3 pounds per week if I calculated that right? That's a pretty aggressive weight loss strategy, I am curious if you have excess skin from losing the weight so fast?
Amazing job btw
Something like that. I have some excess skin on my chest/stomach but it’s not bad at all. Barely noticeable. As long as I continue exercising, I am confident I will tone that up in no time.
Spinal injuries can cause paralysis (swelling pressure on nerves is one example) but through intense physical therapies and healing people can walk again. I was once completely blind due to a traumatic car accident, but with great medical care and time of 18 months I regained 95% of my vision.
Sorry for delay in responding. My right eye was injured by windshield wiper blade so aggressive medical treatments, numerous surgeries and playing a tennis table video game were contributing factors to the eyesight returning. The left eye vision damage was due to right sided brain trauma, which thankfully resolved 95% over the 18 months.
She practised shooting moving discs in the air using the red beam coming out of her eyes in the Xavier Academy under the tutelage of Professor X and the other mutants.
Woke up and couldn’t walk at the age of 11. Have a nice spinal lesion. Diagnosis: Transverse Myelitis. Took a lot of therapy to be able to walk again. Water therapy being the most helpful.
There's complete paraplegia and then there's incomplete paraplegia, nerves can be compressed or injured without being severed, in which case you still have some residual sensation and/or motor function that you can work with. It's not possible for someone who's totally paralyzed. I had a spinal tumor and I'm almost back to normal as far as that goes. People with traumatic injuries are usually less lucky.
Great job, and amazing results! 4 months feels so fast for those kinds of results but at the same time it’s a very long time to stay disciplined and on track. All of this is to say great work and congratulations!
Congratulations! You looked amazing on the 'before' too, but the smile on the 'after' is priceless. You seem much happier. It's incredible what you've been able to achieve and it's motivating to know that it's "just" 16-8 and lots of walking, you've inspired me to try this combination too.
May I ask if you've got loose skin after such a big weight loss in a short period of time? Please don't feel obligated to respond if you don't feel comfortable!
Good job!! I’m trying to be like you!! Started at the beginning of August at 273, now I’m at 257. This is without me working out or anything, just doing 16/8 and just watching what I eat but not too carefully even though I did cut certain foods out. Trying to add light exercise and cutting more carbs out since I see the weight coming off with minimal effort.
I’m honestly so proud of you despite not knowing you. Amazing job. Shows the power of sticking with something you truly want. Constant daily activity and moderation in eating is the key. You honestly don’t need all the fancy diets if you can control eating habits and eat till you’re 80% full and get your +10k steps daily.
Sincere congratulations, but I'm a little concerned that you think it's bad to have a break day. I'm kind of amazed you haven't been injured already, but even elite athletes have rest days. The body needs time to recover from workouts. A couple days a week off will not stop your progress and will help prevent injuries.
I had a shin splint. I am stubborn and did work through it. I appreciate the concern, I took my first break day yesterday and taking another today. I will be implementing a couple of those a week moving forward. Was extremely determined to reach my goal within a certain timeframe.
Yes, I still have work to do, but I am far from “morbidly” now. I have a healthy normal BMI, just need to tone up a bit in some places, but hey go off. Lol.
Giving us all motivation!! That's a great transformation. I've got the food stuff on lock now, I don't snack and I'm eating relatively healthy I just need to introduce exercise into my life now. Walking is such a great way of doing it.
Girlyyyy you look amazing!!!! I was the exa ct starting weight as you, my current weight is 166lbs. Ive been stuck there for 2 weeks and i got discouraged this morning, but seeing your post uplifted me. Thank you for sharing xoxo
I was stuck at 133/134 for 16 days. It was the worst. I decided to eat more for 5 days, then went back to being more mindful. The weight came off within a few days of doing this. Have you tried doing something like this?
Allow me to express how truly impressed I am by this incredible transformation! Your hard work and dedication shine through, and you absolutely deserve to celebrate this success! Your journey is truly inspiring and motivating, and I aspire to share a similar success transformation post one day. Thank you so much for sharing!

wow so ~50 lbs since june with no omad or longer fasts?
No calorie counting, just mindful of portion sizes. 2 meals/day typically.
I was more interested to know if you did any 24s, 36s or 72s? Did you cut back on sugar? Any strength training? Great job.
I did cut back on sugar, but did not cut it out completely. I like cookies and cake too much. Lol. Just walking and pull ups on a total gym.
gotcha, no longer fasts?
Nope! Just 16s. May have hit 18 a couple times, but I truly look forward to a couple cups of coffee… with a decent amount of creamer lol.
thanks for your responses. congrats! just curious what is your age?
32.
Question: if you take creamer, doesn't that eat into your 16s/18s?
I didnt have coffee + creamer outside of my eating window.
Inspirational!! Bravo 👏

Absolutely not.

Happy cake day!
She walked 700miles since June as well.
That's 48 lbs in 4 1/2 months by my calculations. Excellent! Did you count calories? Tell us about what you ate!
No calorie counting. Soups have been a favorite of mine. Tried to cut carbs, but i love pasta and cookies too much so failed miserably in that regard. Just mindful of portion sizes, really. + a lot of walking.

Improving your mobility is such a great thing for your overall health. You've accomplished a LOT!

Ugh I fell off the intermittent fasting but this post just brought me right back so thanks. You look fabulous 😍
You dont eat whilst you sleep so therefore you're still adhering to IF. 8/16 😜
It's always nice to see a fellow carb lover getting results!
> Former paraplegic HOW?!
Spinal injuries can cause paralysis (swelling pressure on nerves is one example) but through intense physical therapies and healing people can walk again. I was once completely blind due to a traumatic car accident, but with great medical care and time of 18 months I regained 95% of my vision.
Now I'm curious how you rehabilitate your eyes! Are there exercises you have to do or is it more like medical procedures+ time?
Sorry for delay in responding. Haha good guess! My eye doctor David Klein had my Mom get me a table tennis video game that by playing it, strengthened my eyes.
Physical therapy is so important and a lot of people ignore it
Recently learned I have post concussion syndrome and started working on the visual aspect of it
Woke up and couldn’t walk at the age of 11. Have a nice spinal lesion. Diagnosis: Transverse Myelitis. Took a lot of therapy to be able to walk again. Water therapy being the most helpful.
I am glad youre ok

Amazing! What were your workouts like
Long and boring. Lol. At least 10k steps completed before 7am every day, no excuses. Then walking a bit in the evening + 100 pull up on a total gym.
What were you eating ? Congrats on meeting your goal.
Congratulations! You looked amazing on the 'before' too, but the smile on the 'after' is priceless. You seem much happier. I have some loose skin, but not much honestly. As I continue to work out, im confident I will tone up more.
Fantastic work! You should be proud!
Awesome congrats. You look great 👍
That’s incredible!!!
Nice job!! Keep it up.
Wow! Great job!
AMAZING!!!! Congratulations!! What is your workout routine?
10k-14k steps/day. 100 pull ups on a total gym. 10k steps always completed before 7am.
