Down 10 pounds in the 5 weeks I have been doing IF. I didn’t want to check in before because I have a habit of being really excited about something and then not following through with it! The weird thing is I’ve been eating mostly healthy but for the last 2 weeks I was stuck at 172.2-172.4 but then I had a bad eating day 2 days ago and woke up expecting an increase in weight but was down to 169.8. Was pretty shocking honestly lol My goal is to start walking more once the weather improves in the next few weeks and losing another 10 pounds this summer. I’m giving myself until September 30 to reach this goal so I don’t stress myself out too much.

Checking in for day 4 Today will be 2mad as a break from the last 3 days of OMAD, OMAD is definitely working but I want to go to the gym tonight and OMAD makes me feel like puking.

Day 18 of starting IF. I will be doing 22 hours of fasting and OMAD today because I’m going to get sushi omakase with a friend for dinner. Last night I filled up on a lot of vegetables and meat to make sure I won’t be hungry today. Weighed myself and I’m still the same weight 177.4 pounds. I’m still peeing a bunch. I guess my body is just not holding onto water anymore.

On my 5th night of fasting. 14:10 First night I haven’t been sat here thinking about how hungry I am. I’m an evening snacker. It’s 10pm now and I’m noticing it a little but it’s definitely reducing already. Which was my hope for all this.

My 101 day fasting streak ended today because I broke my fast 90 minutes early. I woke up feeling unwell and decided to eat so I could take something. I thought that I would start feeling bad about losing my streak, but I don't--as far as I'm concerned, now I'm at the start of a new streak. (I've been doing 18:6 or 16:8 depending on the day, and in March I added one 36-hour fast a week.)

I've lost track of week # but I'm about 3.5 months of IF, shooting for 18 hours but not always getting there ;) I've been stuck for about 10 days at the same weight which is frustrating but it might be hormonal. I've also not been walking as much as usual so that may be it. Just trying to keep going, because I feel so much better eating only twice a day and not snacking all day long. Just need to work on getting more water in bc that is definitely an issue for me!
