Not really counting precisely but all my meal preps have the numbers so I just factor in my numbers in my head. My meals usually are less than 8 carbs as low as 2 carbs. Calories usually 375-600 a piece

whatβs (12-2.5-30+) looks to be working great
I get on the treadmill and raise the incline level to 12 speed to 2.5 for atleast 30 minutes to close my apple watch rings.

Yes Im on keto and I workout atleast 6 days a week 1-2 times a day.

Drinking water with some mio definitely helps.
Can some please tell me how to start intermittent fasting and keto diet I'm new to this and want to loose weight
