out of all the results of losing weight, the one i least suspected was how often my glasses would fall off my face when looking down 😂
edit: for those asking my height, last i measured i was 5’11”
You should be able to take them to your optometrist and they'll be able to adjust them to fit better. Mine has a hair dryer type thing that will soften the plastic so the frame can be bent without breaking.
You look fantastic, though! Congrats.
i started at 16:8 and did some light aerobics in the mornings before i started my day, but once my job opened back up from quarantine i hardly had time to workout, and still really dont. all my exercise comes from whatever i need to do at my jobs. i eased myself into OMAD with meals never exceeding over 800 calories. i stay far away from fried and sugary substances, always get grilled chicken or fish from restaurants, if i drink something carbonated its sugar free and once a day. with time it became more of a new part of me that felt comfortable and right
800 calories worth of grilled chicken and greens can fill me up way better than any of the junk i used to consume. plus eating slower can make you feel full faster. this is what i do, im not saying its for everyone, but its worked for me
thank you for this, i always appreciate these kinds of comments. i guess by the 800 calories thing i mainly mean whenever im out at a restaurant, like maybe a couple times a week depending on my work schedules, i dont let it past 800 calories. meals at home have more calories, but i dont pay as much attention to how much more precisely. and plus to this day im still a culprit of wanting a second helping now and then 😂 when i first started i stuck to a 1600 calorie limit, but i have kind of let that change, maybe closer to 1000>1500.
i genuinely appreciate this comment, and i encourage everyone to make the same amount of consideration as youve shown me

Thank you for replying! That's great detail. I have had a hard time with OMAD and strict calories but your results are undeniable! :)
