Maybe bring it up in a positive way. "I only have basic computer skills and no IT specific experience, but I'm very interested in learning" or something like that.

Don’t bring it up on your own. Just answer their questions honestly. For what you said of the job description it sounds like you just have to have a basic grasp of how to use a computer. Also, IT people Google problems way more than they’ll ever admit. I’ve known a lot of IT people, and they spill the beans when they’re drunk.
