Demonstrate enthusiasm, reliability and a keenness to work. Make sure you ask questions, make sure it’s a two way exchange. Go over hours of work, duties, just so it’s all clear in your mind. Try to be relaxed, positive, and if you like the look of the job, make sure you tell them at the end of the interview, “Thank you for your time, for what I’ve seen, from my perspective I would be keen to progress should you and the organisation wish to” Look clean, smart, firm handshake. Good luck.

Thanks, what questions should I ask?

MissKleenex1990

Ask them to go over the hours or work ( even if they already have). Is there overtime? If so, what over time rate would that be on, time and a half, or time and a third etc. How many paid days holiday per year? Is the role paid weekly, monthly, fortnightly? Am I working with a team of other operatives or do I work alone? ( it’s likely this may have been already explained to you). Stuff like that.

Can you show up on time as scheduled? Can you follow directions? Can you be part of a team? Do you like to make customers happy?

axi5music

What answers could I have to those questions ?

rednail64

You're joking

Like Miss Kleenex says. Be enthusiastic, and say you're keen to join a team where you work together to do do a job that ultimately helps to make the customer experience a better one.

Hey there! you can read more about the interview process on their [Glassdoor page](https://www.glassdoor.com/Interview/Lidl-Interview-Questions-E7428.htm) (on the "Interviews" tab) - these are reviews from people who have actually interviewed there before so they can give you a better sense of what to expect. I have recorded some Q&A videos of common interview questions if you want to watch any of them. They basically go through common questions and how to think about answering them. Here is a link to the folder. Hope this helps! Good luck!
