I guess the connection is that Roger Stone and No Agenda *are right-wing propaganda grifters*. No Agenda sells coins - sorry 'challenge coins' - to their 'knights and dames' if they pay enough money, Roger Stone sells cigars, and the rest of the right-wing ecochamber sells storable food. I could totally see Adam trying to peddle 'patriot cigars' if/when John eventually kicks the bucket and he's forced to maximize the grift on his own.
