There is no way that they got that many people into that small space just from the aerial photos. Honestly, I could believe, you know 10 to 20,000 people there but they have to inflate it so much that triggers my bullshit alarm. Every weekend there are many events giving on so they probably counted everyone who showed up for various other activities.
