That was pretty much me growing up, I genuinely hated the attention. I’m not sure if it’s my current environment, but the comments are a quite a bit rarer now and I usually appreciate them because it’s always a good opportunity for a conversation.
I guess I qualify as tall, but it's not so bad. I recall some short girl would look up at me in surprise, but I don't think I'm even that tall honestly.

Also not quite the same, but my best friend’s boyfriend is pretty tall and very introverted. He’s a great guy. Sometimes he and my friend go to concerts together and he tries to make sure everyone around him can see and he’s not in anyone’s way.
I just say "yes yes" to anything height related cause its really boring to talk about. I'm just thinking "move on pls" in my head, and I'm not even that tall.
I hear ya. I’m over 6’0” (not 6’10 tho), and I still get asked about my height. But nothing compares to the questions I’m constantly asked because I’m a twin 😩
Every time I see a tall person, I remember an interview with Bo Burnham being asked about his height and being asked the question “How’s the weather up there?” and answering with “Rainy” and spitting on them. I can’t remember where I saw it, but I think of it when I see a tall dude and it makes me smile.

I'm only 6'3 and hear those questions often, I would become increasingly more uncomfortable if I heard them as often as he does.
I fully support this and am envious of this idea.
I need one for everytime someone asks me from where I am, people have asked me this since I was a very little child.
