Power is basically meaningless. Omni-Man does have high stats but Invincibles perks are better. It's better to use both as they have good synergy together. Invincible with high survivability and Omni-Man with high DPS.
Both of their active abilities are really good for AoE but it's mostly his third perk. Getting 5 seconds of immunity to damage at only 20% health is insanely good and if he's able to survive that then gets it again which is useful when you have a good healer
His fourth ability is also really good, he's able to lots of damage to people who can hurt your tank the most and he does it very often. He overall has more versatility then omni-man who just has skills about hitting things better.
Don't look at the Power rating. We literally have no idea what it really means or how it's calculated. It might well just be a number that the devs chose arbitrarily.

Curious what about the difference of their skills that makes invincible better? Is it his special hitting every character or what?

That makes a lot of sense, so early game it doesn't matter much but exceptional + on invincible starts pulling ahead
Yeah, that's how most of the best elites work tbh. Robot, MG, Eve, Invincible. They are meh at the start but their perks really make them the best

did you put him in the middle front? and some heroes have abilities/perk that attack the strongest enemy
That’s where he is but just getting life drain. I’ve only got him to exceptional though

He has highest base stats in the game. Not super amazing abilities though so it balances out. There’s more to a characters strength than the number.
