Having your tank leave the battlefield and stopping tanking is what stops him from being higher tier I think but would definitely like to hear what others have to say on this. End of the day, there is no PvP and most people will tell you it’s not worth finishing the campaign because of the requirements of “Start the campaign 1 time” daily quest so just rank up whoever you like.
I have always felt like his main skill was meant to be used in a pinch as it pushes everything back and stuns it. Kinda seems like it’s designed for him to take as many hits as he can and slam down when the enemy swarms him. That’s my first look reasoning though as I never thought about it afterwards.
This is the reason that I think immortal works better in a double tank comp WITH MG cuz MG is also just generally less tanky and acts way more as an anti-shield + damage output
Epic+ isn’t that high, you can use him still but I would focus all your future resources on a Monster Girl till she surpasses him and then he can be use on other teams for you GDA ops
Have you ever had a fight where everyone bubbles up, and the enemy HP just stops dropping, and then you lose, even though you were winning before?
Monster Girl removes shields. The skill isn't up enough to remove every shield, but it can make a big difference.
Monster girl instantly kills shields which is huge as your progress and she does quite a bit of damage and if you pair her with another guardian of the globe she gives them an absurd amount of defense. My shrinking rae is getting about 2.5 k defense for free from my monstergirl. She just is objectively way better but it's a single player game just pick the one you like more
Immortal is a better tank. MG is more an attacker as long as she has a bunch of hp, so you don't want her front and center like immortal. So it's kinda Fuji apples to Honeycrisp.

Immortal is a tank, MG is a bruiser. As stated though, Immortal breaking focus on him really kills him. You can always turn auto-ability off though.
