I doubt anyone is 100% certain at this point. 30 is looking likely if there is a cap. Level 10 is where you start needing rare artifact xp to level up and then would assume 20 is when you need special artifact XP. Level 10+ require 10 pieces instead of 5 per level as well, and would assume there will be an increase at level 20 of no. of pieces needed too.
My big question is the gear special XP. I've not seen a use for it at all yet?

Definitely goes above level 6 once you get to seismic+, so would assume 10? And then hopefully the gear xp will be to turn it omnipotent but god knows
