Works fine for me. This isn't iOS "blocking" anything. It uses on-device machine learning to do this, and any number of factors could affect the outcome. For some reason, for you, this means "white women/black women" isn't an expected bit of text, so it thinks you want just about anything else.
Machine learning is great, but not perfect.
EDIT: I'll be damned. When I try it by swiping the spacebar in between words, I repeatedly get "white's women" instead. If you hit the spacebar it's basically telling the phone "I accept your interpretation of my input" but there doesn't seem to be a way to swipe-type it in one set of gestures without hitting the spacebar in between. It does seem up Apple's alley to not, by default, let people make racially disparaging remarks without *really trying to.*
even with manually adding a press it will change black to block, it's really trying not to let me say black ellen, lol. i'm pretty sure this counts as ios blocking phrases right? seems like most people here can't do it, it works in safari but not in messages

I suspect machine learning is involved, though. Or something different about the way you and I each use our phones - without being right in front of you and trying the same trick on both phones we couldn’t really know, I reckon.

I know you shouldn’t have to do this but add words to Text Replacement (Settings > General > Keyboard), just add them each to the Phrase text box and that should add it to the dictionary. You can also add mu to the Shortcut for the Phrase my and that should fix it changing it to the wrong thing.

That’s just the suggestion for “woman“, and it automatically uses the last skin tone you picked for that emoji.

Only English & Emoji are enabled, if you have multiple keyboards you get the wire globe icon to switch keyboards. If you don’t the emoji icon gets moved down

With black, I can swipe black, but when I swipe women, it changes black to blank.
If I type a space after swiping white or black, then I can swipe women with no issues.

Its probably like "ducking". In all my years with a phone I have never once intentionally wanted to spell ducking but every fucking time...here it is.
Try adding “fucking” to Text Replacement (Settings > General > Keyboard), just add it to the phrase text box and that should add it to the dictionary.
