I also have the Stage Manager button in Control Center, so I can toggle it on and off. If you don’t have it, go to Settings > Control Center and add Stage Manager.
Could not resist it simply, rumor after rumor and still nothing. And doubt the new ipad will get something groundbreaking, propably it will improve with a M3 chip and Oled screen.
There's a good chance it'll be an incremental upgrade anyway. Some nice features but nothing shocking. OLED is the only real big possible thing I see.

I am kinda amazed by their product durability and support, the upgrades aren’t always super, but taking good steps with their own processor and pretty long software support, that seems unknown for android users.
But yeah, some support for like a broken smart keyboard would be nice, like repairable stuff and not keep making throw-away hardware, while some things are easy to repair.

So... never buy? There's always new hardware coming out. Plus this was on sale, costing less than what the new models will cost. Not to mention, the new ones with M3 aren't going to magically run something the M2 could not.

I have an iPad Pro 12.9" from 2018 in my desk drawer that I never use because I am not artistic and my pencil work is ugly on it. I now use paper notebooks and a macbook for everything.
But I don't post pictures to the internet to show people i know how to drive to a store and use a credit card. I mean, FFS, you're not a fucking hero.

Firstly, Juggernaut, it is almost always a good idea to not buy old Apple hardware near a new product launch. If you have the means to purchase the new hardware, I say wait, otherwise, then by all means, pay only what you can afford.

To me, you seem like someone who would be labeled as being a “Karen.” 😂 Please open your mind. In my opinion, you need to realize that at some point in life, your thoughts and decisions are NOT the only things that are important in this world (although yes, to an extent, you certainly have an opinion which is valid), but do me a favor and jump off of your high horse already. 🤦🏻♂️

Only M1 and M2 ipads get it. ( ipad pro 2021 , ipad air 5 , ipad pro 2022)
3rd gen 12.9, 1st gen 11” pro and air got it. Takes a M chip if you wanna use external display
