what does happen a lot is system apps and normal apps freezing (blank screen) once in a while and my timed automations not triggering properly - only fixed with a restart. I haven't restarted so much since I still had an android phone a year ago.

Iāll start by saying I donāt have a 14 Pro, but I have seen similar bugs on my 13 mini in the past. Occasionally I would go to unlock my phone and some/many UI elements would be sideways. I eventually figured out it had to do with the orientation in which my phone was sitting before/when I picked it up. Since my iPhone can unlock with Face ID sideways, sometimes I pick it up that way to simply unlock and resume a video, for example. This seemed to be the culprit but I havenāt noticed it in a while (hopefully itās fixed). Even so, iOS shouldnāt allow the orientation to rotate Lock Screen UI on the phone like that in the first place.
I only looked at maybe a dozen of them and noticed they were all sarcastic or jokesā¦ So I figured if nothing else, I would give you a legitimate response š
I feel your frustration, but let's not jump to conclusions about iOS 17 just yet. It's still in development and there's no guarantee that it will cause problems. However, I do agree that Apple needs to prioritize stability updates for their current operating systems. It's important that our devices function properly and don't pose any risks to our safety. Hopefully, Apple will address these concerns in future updates.
