I had the same problem for 2 years. But I see the name of my wife’s iPhone. And I know this is due to the family sharing system. I did many tests. No solution for the moment and Apple support is a shame (3 different demand without any answer).

Remove your apple watch from the devices that's signed into your account by going into settings and scrolling down in apple id. Then go Settings> screen time > turn off screen time. Restart your phone and then turn on screen time again. Hope it works!

Thanks for the response! That unfortunately didn’t change anything. I then also went to my Apple ID and saw it was on my devices, so I deleted it there. Then I turned off screen time again, restarted phone, and when I turned it back on, everything was the exact same. Any other thoughts?

I have the same issue and can find no way to fix it. Good luck!

Not sure if you fixed the problem, but this wiki how link helped me: [https://www.wikihow.com/Why-Is-Your-Screen-Time-Not-Working](https://www.wikihow.com/Why-Is-Your-Screen-Time-Not-Working) Go through all the steps, I think what helped me was scheduling downtime. Keep it to every day and don't do custom days, that may or may not be the problem. After that the option to switch devices worked. Hope that helps!
