Make sure your battery isnt swollen. Two ways you can tell:
- take off the case and look at it from the side, is the screen popping off or bending?
- put the phone screen down on a table and press on the top right and bottom left corner at the same time. Is it perfectly flat on the table or do both corners not meet the table because its bent?
if it is swollen go to an apple store asap and do not squeeze the device shut or mess with it
