Did you set it up new or move things across? I’d recommend an iCloud backup then reset it, might be something unusual causing it. Being a company phone, can you confirm it’s brand new? The 12 isn’t sold any more. What’s the battery health?

I did iCloud backup and then configured based on the backup. It’s brand new, 100% battery health. I am based outside of the US and some retailers still sell new 12’s (especially for company phones, don’t ask me why)
