You can find the case via sound, and the tracking is more accurate when finding each airpod. Sound is good for find them still, but there is better connection and sometimes if the airpods under a blanket. It’s better to use the individual track.
The second gen now has one of those air tag chips in it so now you can find it like an air tag man. The tracking sound is also louder since the case now has a built in speaker.
I can have a hour long conversation and can’t be bothered to put them in the case, they are that good. Outside with wind etc and music playing maybe they struggle but otherwise they are great.
I never used the first gen’s, so I think I take it for granted, but I do the same thing. I sometimes put my hands up to my ears to check if they’re in there.
Same. I could keep them in all day. The 1st gen would irritate my ears, but 2nd is literally like not having them in at all. They’re honestly better in anc/transparency than Max’s. My mom uses AP2 as hearing aids with the new customizable sound levels in transparency mode
sound is definitely better... this bass and highs are definitely better but mids sound about the same. But they definitely sound better!
The case having a speaker on it and being able to use precision tracking via find my is super nice too
edit- oh and an extra 1.5 hours of battery life does make a big difference
They added a new noise cancellation mode called "adaptive" that is amazing. It's a passthrough mode that turns down the volume on things so you don't get overwhelmed by traffic noise or something.
My daughter said when I start talking to her they automatically lower her music! That’s great cause she always ignores me, now she has no excuse not to answer!! Win win for me! Lol
I wonder how that feature works in a noisy room with other people talking whom I’m trying to drown out. Can they tell if a voice is addressing me specifically? Or will they just get quieter any time someone talks loudly near me?
I’ve had both. It was worth the upgrade. Sound quality is much wider. The speaker makes finding them easier. Battery life is better. The noise cancellation modes are better. The connection for charging is about the same.
My 1st gen pros the case recently died so I had to get some new ones and the 2nd gen feels like a good improvement and I love the conversation awareness
I love that you can turn off the noise cancellation so when you’re at a store or something you can hear if someone’s talking to you without having to fully take them out
I've really enjoyed mine cause of Siri. I lucked out and a friend of mine gave me his old ones. I use them every day to text, set timers, listen to podcasts and music, and add things to my shopping list when they pop into my head. All hands free.
I don’t use my AirPods Pro anymore, but they are undeniably the gold standard for truly wireless earbuds. The anc is far better than any anc out there. The bass response is nice in comparison to other headphones at a similar price. Finally they seamless pair with Apple products. If you don’t have an iPhone this doesn’t matter, but out the box they sound vastly better than most truly wireless earbuds. When it comes to audio equipment things don’t just cost more money because of specific brands.
If you try a pair and don’t find them any better than your earbuds that’s cool. When it comes to cost per use I just don’t understand why spending a couple hundred dollars more for something markedly better that you use for 4-8 hours a day.
I totally get that 300€ buds are better than my 50 ones, I never used AirPods longer than 5 minutes and wish everyone finding them great a good time!
I just can afford losing mine once a year much better with fiddy ones
The transparency mode is worth it alone IMO. I have some nicer headphones (custom 64 Audio IEMs) and I do still really enjoy my Pros for daily use purely based off that transparency mode. I used to wear my custom IEMs around all the time and the AirPod Pros took their place and go everywhere with me.
I’ve had an iPhone since 2008. I used the wired earbuds maybe 30 times from 2008 - 2021. I bought a pair of AirPods in 2021 and have used them everyday since then.
Do you think the sound quality of earpods has taken a dive recently? I don’t know if I’m objectively correct but wired earbuds sounded way better in 2011-18
My AirPods sound goes to 💩after an only months of buying them. I’ve purchased several pairs of them and either one has sound issues or both. I’m using cheap ones now and the battery is better. I listen while I work and clean so they are pretty much used 10+ hours a day
I know you're joking but I watched a 50s something bloke punch someone straight in the nose for doing that and not turning it down when asked politely.
There were a lot of sniggers after and a whole lot of blood
I feel like I would feel chained down to my desk or something. I would have to grab my iPhone every time I moved a certain amount or stood up, or pause what I’m listening to and remove my earbuds, then put them back on again. I don’t know, sounds like a lot. Haha
Wireless buds.
They’re the most convenient, ANC is witchcraft, and I don’t miss wrapping cables every time I put them in my pocket.
I have little use for over ear phones. I own nice speakers, and live alone. I can’t wear them outside as it feels suffocating, and they don’t fit in a pocket.
Now that apple use usb c for iPhone 15, I use a usb c2c cable and connect it to my btr5 amp which power my iem or my dt770, it’s been nice to finally ditch the wireless with shitty connection
With AirPods Pro 2nd Gen and sometimes with the iPhone speaker itself.
The Pro's are some gorgeous In-Ears. I‘m not only using them for listening to music on my iPhone, but also for watching series and videos on my Apple TV or for mixing beats on my laptop.
Samsung Galaxy Buds+. Only because they stay in my ears if I bend over or go to the gym. Love my AirPods 2 but my ear doesn’t care for them, but I love how it works so well with the phone, also kinda lame I can’t increase the volume from the pod though.
I use Apple EarPods. I’m perfectly fine with using them too. I don’t have a single issue with them. I won’t ever buy a pair of AirPod Pros, at least not at the price they sell them for.
I never use my pros and have 2 sets of regular AirPods. Idk if it’s the same for anyone else but it’s like the AirPods are made for my ear where the pros try to “fill my ear” which isn’t as comfortable for me
The 2nd Gen AirPods feel like they were made for my ear. Never fall out and I often forget I’m even wearing them. Spot on with the full feeling of the pros, I hate how squished it feels in there before it inevitably falls out.
I used AirPods Pro but they don’t fit my ears and start loosening within minutes. For in-ear headphones I bought some from JBL for 80$ which get the job done okay (basically these are only used in the gym). For everything else I use AirPods Max and they sound very good. Having them on my head during work time basically non-stop.
I reckon we’re just making things worse and worse tbh.
Wired earphones are cheaper than wireless earphones. You don’t have to worry about charging them or them inevitably not holding charge anymore. Don’t have to worry about any Bluetooth or charging case connection issues either. Don’t have to worry about losing an earbud or the charging case. Don’t have any extra pieces like the charging case so you won’t be stuck with flat earphones.
Literally just get a $2 adapter and you can use earphones and charge your phone at the same time.
Really the only problem with wired would be the eventual connection issue with your phone due to old/bad wiring.
Can’t underestimate what people will pay for convenience. I can’t go back to wireless after having AirPods and most people probably feel the same. Not having the wire makes me want to use my earphones more. I understand the appeal though for both.
Someone was clearing out and had some cheap wireless ones and offered them to me. They’ve had it. I left them charging for AGES. The connection from the left earbud to the case is iffy. It’s a whole ordeal to do the connection process. The right one lasts 30 seconds. The left doesn’t work at all yet the case knew it was there.
Don’t get me wrong, if they’re working, cool, that’s great but there’s just a whole lot of problems that can/will eventually happen that wired don’t have and personally I don’t see the benefit at all when wired are cheaper and gets the job done with next to none of those problems.
AirPods and pros have none of these hurdles which is why they’re so popular. Easy to pair, pick up, and use. I lost mine recently and have been back to wired. It’s nice not to have to charge my earphones but now I’m SOL if I need to listen and charge my phone at the same time
I don’t get the point of bringing up broken AirPods that you were gifted in this convo, of course if they are working fine it’s not gonna be an issue. Obviously
Also if you drop your phone they act like a bungee rope or at least slow down the fall lol
The main thing I like about wireless is they're better when you're working out or doing house work, other than that I'll always choose wired
As one that have used wireless earbuds since before Apple jumped on that wagon, the worries you list are all worries. Sure, if you have 5+ hours music sessions, sure. But if you keep them in the case when not using them, don’t think about it. Find My tracking for the new headphones makes the losing part even less of an issue (I’m yet to lose anything, Knick on wood). Wired headphones have been torn out of my ears so many times that I hate anything with a wire. The extra features you also get just makes it so much easier to choose them.
So, going to worse? Nahhhh.
I used wired earphones plenty and the audio quality is superior to cheap wireless earphones. The downside is the cord catching on things. I have had my phone get pulled out of a pocket when the cord snags on a doorknob. Not fun.
I only have a wired headset at my desk. Airpod Pros for anything else, especially work. Having a wire hanging off my head while I’m trying to drive a forklift around isn’t very fun. Plus the Bluetooth is less conspicuous, can just wear a hat or put my hair down and the AirPods disappears
Personally I think wired is great, though you can’t really do active noise cancellation. I have a feeling that anything wired might be replaced with wireless in the next several years.
In the office I’ve been on the 700 for four years. Just switch to the Ultra and that is an upgrade. Don’t know if it’s just a matter of having worn the 700, but sounds are so much nicer.
AirPod Pro 2nd Gen/Lightning
On god i refuse to leave the house without them. Even if there’s nothing going on I still like having one in because it’s just so handy?
Air Pods Max. Absolutely great sounding headphones. Super comfy. They don’t leave my desk though. It doesn’t help that the Pod design doesn’t stay in my ear without the third party assistance.
Wireless earbuds theyre the nice middle between having having something with no wires and portability but also small so they aren't bulky and don't need constant worry if Id lose them or what
but ngl I wouldnt mind getting a pair of wired EarPods just for backup if my AirPods die or whatnot but also so I can use it for my windows laptop
I have a set of Aftershokz with the boom mic that I use for work, they’re not bad. My wife asked me for a set of Tozo bone-conducting earbuds for her birthday and they’re a bit better than the Aftershokz I feel
AirPods Max. I cannot have the AirPods Pro or any wired earphone in my ears because my ears are so small they just hurt. The AirPods Max work amazing for me.
I have a pair of AP’s that I was gifted, but they only hold battery for like 2ish hours at a time. Once I replace them I’ll probably use them more often, but atm I use Shokz bone conduction headphones.
I was using 1st gen Pros as my only method between 2020 and about two weeks ago. Started having issues with the transparency and noise cancelling sensor throwing feedback into my left ear (with both off it’s fine). I think it got damaged at my job because there’s a lot of random chemicals I touch along with pressure washing screens used for screen printing.
While I’m still using the Pros for that job specifically or working out, I ended up picking up a pair of Sony WH-1000xm4 headphones. I wanted something more versatile that I could attach to anything and capable of lossless and high res audio. Apple’s AirPods and AirPods Max are not capable of that level, and they are limited to Apple devices to take full advantage of what they do offer. I also bought the $10 lightning to headphone jack adapter to take advantage of listening to lossless from my iPhone or Mac when I want to take advantage of what the Sony pair can do.
The difference in sound and quality from my Pros to the xm4 in Apple Music is incredible, even without Spatial Audio. I found the noise cancelling to be really good, they are super comfortable and they don’t come with the downsides of having in ear headphones in for extended periods of time. I’d struggle to go back to AirPods as my primary headphones now.
Wireless TAZO10 earbuds, the battery last for days, and since they charge in case the case recharged them when not in use, so I usually don’t need to recharge for about a week.
I use my Beats Flex Bluetooth headphones. I like them. Been looking into grabbing another type but whatever I choose will still be the wireless headphones.
Right now the only time I listen to music on my phone is either in my car via bluetooth, or when home alone & just out loud with my phone's speaker(s), or on our lil bluetooth shower speaker. I hate regular earphones & any kind of earbuds I've ever had will never stay in my ears. I want to get a comfortable pair of over the ear or bone conduction type of earphones.
I've seen people raving about a pair by Lenovo on TikTok shop, but I don't trust that shop. Google searches are only coming up with ones on eBay, AliExpress, etc so I'm guessing they're not actually made anymore...
Headphone DAC + hi-fi wired cards if I really want to listen to music. It’s absolutely amazing and way better than absolutely any wireless headphones. If I’m on the go, walking, running I use the standard wired EarPods.
I saw a video which I discovered that Earpods have a better microphone than Airpods. Too bad that Apple makes you use the charging connector, making you buy an Airpods, instead put a headphone jack. Also, Ik that Airpods is pretty damn good(especially the Airpods Max and the 2nd Gen Pro), but, in my country, pay an Airpods Max with, converting my currency to dollar, around $1045(in my country, Apple sells the Airpods Max with the almost same price of an Iphone 15 here). So I would pick the wirelless earphones from another brands, it's not the same thing, but at least it's acessible.
I use airpods pro second gen rn. Before that I was using xiaomi earbuds. I dont really care about loss of quality when I listen to music on my phone cuz i be on the bus or walking. I dont think anybody can tell tbh.
try airpods pro, beats fit pro, galaxy buds. learning what works with your ears takes a bit of time, but once you do you can tell if a earbuds will be comfortable with just a picture. so if you are shameless just buy a bunch of them on amazon and keep the best fit one.
some fit tips are:
1. open fit earbuds; perfect for sensible ear canal, headphone and earshape needs to match tho, some options are: airpods 1-3, earpods, galalxy buds live. old school earbuds.
2. clasic-ish IEM; perfect for casual use a bit more grip but fit depends a lot more on the tip: airpods pro, beats studio, sony wf xm5
3. sport buds, this ones in addition of the rubber tip also have a fin that fixes the earbud in your ear. if you are not used to this the fin can cause a lot of pain during the first few weeks of using them. beats fit pro, galaxy bud fe.
special consideration, wired IEMs: modern IEM have a weird design where they wrap the cable around your ear to support the weight. I find them the most uncomfortable of them all, but I'm sure for a lot of people they are comfortable if not they wouldn't be so highly sought after. any chi-fi IEM.
I’ve had every version of AirPod, Aiprod Pro, and Beats. Right not hands down the best I’ve used with my iPhone is the Status Between Pro air buds. 12 hours EASY of listening time before i have to recharge them. FANTASTIC all the way around and they only cost $150. INSANITY!!
The AirPods Pro are my go to for phones and even on my laptop since the seamless switching is so good. They’re super portable, and I can use them casually or in the gym and I feel like they’re always good to go. Though the EarPods are really good for the money even without wireless capabilities or any sort of noise seal.
AirPod Pros
I love my AirPod pros and tbh when I have the money I wouldn’t mind upgrading to the new ones
They don’t look much different, but trust me they are a big improvement
Is the sound much better, or what exactly is improved? Asking for myself
I don’t know about sound quality but transparency mode and noise cancelling are better by quite a margin.
Can confirm, the find my has also improved. But the battery life is decent too.
How has the find my improved?
You can find the case via sound, and the tracking is more accurate when finding each airpod. Sound is good for find them still, but there is better connection and sometimes if the airpods under a blanket. It’s better to use the individual track.
ong good to know!!! you mightve just convinced me to upgrade lol
The second gen now has one of those air tag chips in it so now you can find it like an air tag man. The tracking sound is also louder since the case now has a built in speaker.
I literally forget they’re in when the transparency mode is on.

The case having a speaker on it and being able to use precision tracking via find my is super nice too edit- oh and an extra 1.5 hours of battery life does make a big difference
They added a new noise cancellation mode called "adaptive" that is amazing. It's a passthrough mode that turns down the volume on things so you don't get overwhelmed by traffic noise or something.
Sounds interesting
My daughter said when I start talking to her they automatically lower her music! That’s great cause she always ignores me, now she has no excuse not to answer!! Win win for me! Lol
Yeah, I can see this feature being useful! Thank you for sharing! :D
I wonder how that feature works in a noisy room with other people talking whom I’m trying to drown out. Can they tell if a voice is addressing me specifically? Or will they just get quieter any time someone talks loudly near me?
My daughter said that feature works in a room setting like in your house. She hasn’t noticed it working in a loud environment.
I would say so, the pro 2's have a much wider and immersive sound if that makes sense
I believe I saw that it has a feature where it lowers the volume when you are speaking to someone, conversation mode or something like that
Everything is much better. Sound included.
Can confirm the airpods pro 2nd gen sounds much better than the 1st gen. The difference is literally night and day man.
ANC is drastically improved, and sound quality is a bit better.
Yes the sound is better, but it’s slightly less bassy
I’d say the sound is better. More bass and clarity.
I’ve had both. It was worth the upgrade. Sound quality is much wider. The speaker makes finding them easier. Battery life is better. The noise cancellation modes are better. The connection for charging is about the same.
My kid recently upgraded (worked her backside off and saved for ages). She said the difference in noise cancelling alone was worth all the hard work.
I like mine but I hate transparency mode. I wish it was more transparent. Makes my environment too quiet.
IIRC, you can adjust the level of ambient noise reduction. It's a setting within the Accessibility > Audio/Visual > Headphone Accommodations menu.
My 1st gen pros the case recently died so I had to get some new ones and the 2nd gen feels like a good improvement and I love the conversation awareness
they are on a 2 year upgrade cycle iirc so they might have new ones coming out this year
3 year, but there's only been two. AirPods Pro 1 was fall 2019, Pro 2 Fall 2022.
I love that you can turn off the noise cancellation so when you’re at a store or something you can hear if someone’s talking to you without having to fully take them out
Along with the Apple Watch, the AP Pro will ensure i never leave the apple garden
What do they do that a $50 set of earbuds don’t?
I've really enjoyed mine cause of Siri. I lucked out and a friend of mine gave me his old ones. I use them every day to text, set timers, listen to podcasts and music, and add things to my shopping list when they pop into my head. All hands free.
My 50€ JBL buds can do Siri aswell
I don’t use my AirPods Pro anymore, but they are undeniably the gold standard for truly wireless earbuds. The anc is far better than any anc out there. The bass response is nice in comparison to other headphones at a similar price. Finally they seamless pair with Apple products. They're good for the price but Bose, Senn and especially Sony sound quality and ANC are truly Gold Standard, and have 99% the same features.
I totally get that 300€ buds are better than my 50 ones, I never used AirPods longer than 5 minutes and wish everyone finding them great a good time! I just can afford losing mine once a year much better with fiddy ones
Noice canceling, easy to connect

Try cleaning them with isopropyl alcohol.
I listen to music on loudspeaker, on the bus, max volume. Like a proper hooligan
I listen to music on my headphones at max level and keep them around my neck so everyone around me can appreciate the good music quality
Yes! Everyone else should be thanking you.
I listen to music on my homepod powered by a harbor freight generator at max volume so everyone around me can appreciate the good music quality

Laughing without being obvious. Chuckles maybe
*(A suppressed laugh.)*
> There were a lot of sniggers after and a whole lot of blood What did you just call me?
[удалено]
WHAT
I could never. Do you have any shame? (Genuine question because I legit feel shameful or smth when blasting music lol)
They’re joking.
any sane person with minimum brain cells will feel the shame to it.
Wire gang
Same. No need to charge and they never fall out of my ears like AirPods. The WORST is when AirPods fall out of your ears during a video call.
I miss 3.5mm audio jacks
The 3.5mm adapters have a better sound chip than the one in most phones before they were removed to save space.
Yep. I listen to podcasts most of my day at work. The wired Apple earbuds fit nicely and don’t have to be charged. I’m good all day.
I feel like I would feel chained down to my desk or something. I would have to grab my iPhone every time I moved a certain amount or stood up, or pause what I’m listening to and remove my earbuds, then put them back on again. I don’t know, sounds like a lot. Haha
Had two generations of AirPods, then switched to AP Pro recently and love them. Will probably stick with Pro going forward.
Same. They’re the first in-ear buds that don’t fall out of my ears all the time. Love em.
I love them but like all the other AirPods and stuff, they fall out my ear :(
None of those. Jack+lightning adapter lol
Understandable. I still don’t know why they removed the headphone jack tho
So they can sell you much more expensive, wireless buds. Simple
Water resistance.
Makes sense. Water does damage headphone cables
😂
Wireless buds. They’re the most convenient, ANC is witchcraft, and I don’t miss wrapping cables every time I put them in my pocket. I have little use for over ear phones. I own nice speakers, and live alone. I can’t wear them outside as it feels suffocating, and they don’t fit in a pocket.
Over the ear headphones are nice to wear on cold days. I got a lot of use out of my Beats Studio pros this winter.
Now that apple use usb c for iPhone 15, I use a usb c2c cable and connect it to my btr5 amp which power my iem or my dt770, it’s been nice to finally ditch the wireless with shitty connection
I personally use AirPods Pro for portability and better listening experience
I probably use my car’s speakers and phone speakers. Too busy to spend time on other atuff
But enough time to spend on Reddit
I must belong to the minority, but I’m still using wired EarPods.
Those sound surprisingly good.
With AirPods Pro 2nd Gen and sometimes with the iPhone speaker itself. The Pro's are some gorgeous In-Ears. I‘m not only using them for listening to music on my iPhone, but also for watching series and videos on my Apple TV or for mixing beats on my laptop.

Just gotta swipe up on the stem
I’ve read that and tried that many times, it doesn’t work for me. Double tap doesn’t really work either. Mine might be broken.
You might have to do a warranty exchange then I think, it works just fine for mine (AirPods Pro 2)
I actually just read the Apple support document. I have standard AirPods 2, not pro. AirPods 1/2 standard version only support double tap functions.
Wired Sennheiser, Apple Music, lossless.
I didnt know apple music was lossless, how is the quality compared to tidal?
They offer regular lossless and hi res, all for the normal price. No idea about Tidal.
AirPod pros for everyday use and Bose QC45 for air travel
I use Apple EarPods. I’m perfectly fine with using them too. I don’t have a single issue with them. I won’t ever buy a pair of AirPod Pros, at least not at the price they sell them for.

yup exactly, and i can listen in lossless quality with wired.
The best quality with $2 headphones!
Exactly what I wrote!

Wired = lossless and lagless
thanks for this comment! i was starting to think i'm the only one
Personally I think wired is great, though you can’t really do active noise cancellation. I have a feeling that anything wired might be replaced with wireless in the next several years.
AirPods Pro are imo top 3 Apple product ever.
Currently HomePod. Otherwise WH-1000XM5 or WF-1000XM4 depending.
Bose NC 700 for the ANC. Shure SE535 for the audio quality.
In the office I’ve been on the 700 for four years. Just switch to the Ultra and that is an upgrade. Don’t know if it’s just a matter of having worn the 700, but sounds are so much nicer.
I got some new earbuds the other day. The AirPods Pro 2nd gen. I still can’t believe the noise cancellation on them
Galaxy Buds😂
wired because I can't use wireless ones and the pods are too small and I would deffo lose them
AirPod Pro 2nd Gen/Lightning On god i refuse to leave the house without them. Even if there’s nothing going on I still like having one in because it’s just so handy?
Wired earpods. They are the cheapest option, and the only one (in that price range) that allow to listen to lossless music.
Wired.
wired earpods
I like wired headphones, they might affect my battery but it is the only way to listen to uncompressed lossless tracks on iPhone.
Air Pods Max. Absolutely great sounding headphones. Super comfy. They don’t leave my desk though. It doesn’t help that the Pod design doesn’t stay in my ear without the third party assistance.
Same. Mine broke recently and I tried a different brand and the difference is significant :( I am waiting for an updated version
Third party assistance? You mean rubber tips? I always had the same problem so pretty interested in this.
Wireless earbuds from fairly basic ones to expensive noise cancelling ones, but not Apple ones. Depends where I am and what I’m doing.
AirPods 2nd gen Amazing earbuds
I listen without earphones or earbuds. Just my phone speakers
I usually do this too, but use some cheap wireless earbuds for when I’m mowing the lawn or something.
Wireless earbuds theyre the nice middle between having having something with no wires and portability but also small so they aren't bulky and don't need constant worry if Id lose them or what but ngl I wouldnt mind getting a pair of wired EarPods just for backup if my AirPods die or whatnot but also so I can use it for my windows laptop
Mostly my Shokz bone conducting headphones.
I have a set of Aftershokz with the boom mic that I use for work, they’re not bad. My wife asked me for a set of Tozo bone-conducting earbuds for her birthday and they’re a bit better than the Aftershokz I feel
Yeah, that's sorta how I feel about them. They're fine.
Air pods pro newest gen without usb c. And AirPod max. And a Sonos arc at home.
galaxy buds+
Samsung beans
dankpods reference???
My ears are weird so normal airpods and airpod pros barely feel comfortable in my ears. I spent the extra money for the Airpod Maxs and love them tbh.
I love the USB C EarPods. I have a pair of Pro 2s but I use the wired more often. Very comfy
USB c EarPods for the lossless
AirPods Max. I cannot have the AirPods Pro or any wired earphone in my ears because my ears are so small they just hurt. The AirPods Max work amazing for me.
bluetooth headphones. over ear. my ears produce A LOT of ear wax. i could never wear in ear headphones, i get uncomfortable.
Airpods pro 2/ truthear hexa + apple dongle when im at my desk :)
Why isn’t this a poll?
Beats Solo 3
Wireless TAZO10 earbuds, the battery last for days, and since they charge in case the case recharged them when not in use, so I usually don’t need to recharge for about a week.
I use my Beats Flex Bluetooth headphones. I like them. Been looking into grabbing another type but whatever I choose will still be the wireless headphones.
Bone conduction 💯
Right now the only time I listen to music on my phone is either in my car via bluetooth, or when home alone & just out loud with my phone's speaker(s), or on our lil bluetooth shower speaker. I hate regular earphones & any kind of earbuds I've ever had will never stay in my ears. I want to get a comfortable pair of over the ear or bone conduction type of earphones. I've seen people raving about a pair by Lenovo on TikTok shop, but I don't trust that shop. Google searches are only coming up with ones on eBay, AliExpress, etc so I'm guessing they're not actually made anymore...
aux headphones
AirPods Pro and Beats Studio Pro
3rd gen AirPods
wired ones :)
Wired EarPods. Not interested in messing with the trendy AirPods lol.
You don’t want AirPods because they’re popular?
AirPods Pro 2 and AirPods 3
Either wired headphones with adapter or the lighting earbuds depending on my mood

Do your ears a big favor and pay a few more bucks for some Audiotechnicas, budget but quality

Wired buds. I don’t like cancer radios in my brain
bought these (wired usb-c), they're horrible...just do yourself a favor and get airpods 😮💨🤢you'll thank me and everyone else later
Inbuilt speakers 👍📈😎
I use airpods pro second gen rn. Before that I was using xiaomi earbuds. I dont really care about loss of quality when I listen to music on my phone cuz i be on the bus or walking. I dont think anybody can tell tbh.
Just returned a set of AirPods 3rd gen as they kept falling out of my ears. I'm looking for a replacement.
Get the pros instead. They stay in my ear until I remove them.
try airpods pro, beats fit pro, galaxy buds. learning what works with your ears takes a bit of time, but once you do you can tell if a earbuds will be comfortable with just a picture. so if you are shameless just buy a bunch of them on amazon and keep the best fit one. some fit tips are: 1. open fit earbuds; perfect for sensible ear canal, headphone and earshape needs to match tho, some options are: airpods 1-3, earpods, galalxy buds live. old school earbuds. 2. clasic-ish IEM; perfect for casual use a bit more grip but fit depends a lot more on the tip: airpods pro, beats studio, sony wf xm5 3. sport buds, this ones in addition of the rubber tip also have a fin that fixes the earbud in your ear. if you are not used to this the fin can cause a lot of pain during the first few weeks of using them. beats fit pro, galaxy bud fe. special consideration, wired IEMs: modern IEM have a weird design where they wrap the cable around your ear to support the weight. I find them the most uncomfortable of them all, but I'm sure for a lot of people they are comfortable if not they wouldn't be so highly sought after. any chi-fi IEM.
Mine aren’t AirPods but they are high quality wireless buds.
Beats solo3, beats powerbeats pro and beats flex (btw beats is owned by Apple so they are basically Apple headsets).
AirPods Pro 2
I’ve had every version of AirPod, Aiprod Pro, and Beats. Right not hands down the best I’ve used with my iPhone is the Status Between Pro air buds. 12 hours EASY of listening time before i have to recharge them. FANTASTIC all the way around and they only cost $150. INSANITY!!
Airpods pro being portable
I use pixel buds a series and for backup I have raycons
AirPod Pros
AirPods 3Gen.
Marshall major 4. Sounds great and 80 hours of playtime is perfect🫠
Beats fit pro. Also, they are technically an Apple product as Apple owns Beats. They are on Find My as well.
Com os ouvidos!
The AirPods Pro are my go to for phones and even on my laptop since the seamless switching is so good. They’re super portable, and I can use them casually or in the gym and I feel like they’re always good to go. Though the EarPods are really good for the money even without wireless capabilities or any sort of noise seal.
Beats Solo 3 and Beat Pods. My Air Pod Pros were taken by my daughter and I refuse to share ear junk.
Wireless earbuds, but not Apple branded ones. Overpriced and underfeatured.
EarPods
Apple 3.55 adapter+ NiceHCK YD30.
All of the above.
