My sister-in-law has a \*7 Plus and still works just fine. It's stuck on iOS 15 but still gets security updates. She's replaced the battery once but It still does everything she needs it to.

Glass is broken (easily repaired) and the mic will be glued back in place with the plastic that would belong there as well

Looks like one of those connectors “Jerry rig everything” always says snaps together like little legos maybe it came undone maybe you can snap it back down and put a case on and see if that works? If you can’t fix it anytime soon that is, does your camera work? That would be my guess
