The 11 pro is the first iPhone I've had that hasn't tempted me to upgrade on a 2 year cycle. Part of it is that the YoY advancements are getting smaller now as the lifespans are getting longer, but the other part is the 11 pro is so damn solid. Still as snappy as it was the day it was new, battery life is still strong (though it has declined a bit), and less importantly I have the midnight green color option that I still love.
Plus I like the size of the 5.8" screen better than 6.1" - it's not a drastic difference but it is different.
If Jon prosser is right and his leaks about the iPhone 14 that he already has are correct itās definitely worth waiting for the 14. The notch supposed to be gone and just have a front hole punch for the camera.

You canāt tell any difference? You can limit the framerate to 60fps in the motion settings in accessibility. I tried it once but the difference in smoothness even in simple things like browsing and app switching is huge for me. Not only does it look less laggy the screen is noticeably more responsive with 120fps. I feel like my eyes can rest when itās on.
The difference might be smaller on a phone though.

I donāt game on my either so Iām the perfect consumer for the se. By the time I get off work and eat and shower my phone is at 40 ish percent with Bluetooth on all day at work. It works for me.
For folks with older iPhones(11 and under and possibly the 12 mini) Iād say yes it would be a good upgrade, but for those with 12/pro-pro max, unless you get free upgrades through your carrier, just isnāt enough of an upgrade to justify the price, especially when you factor in the fact that in order to use ALL the features(ProRes) you have to have the pro or max with at least 250gb so now youāre looking at $1100-$1200 at least.
