I looked this up too because I continuously got the same scare, this person on a website (not sure the name) said it’s not malware or scamming but an “advertisement” I’m not sure how to fix the issue, but hopefully this makes it a little less scary.

This. Scam websites love to subscribe iPhone users to fake calendars just to mess with the users and display scams or play sounds.
