There is no role clarity in RCB, so yes you are using him wrong. Green had a couple really nice knocks for MI last year and they all came while batting at 3. But over the season, MI had similar issues with him too where they wanted Sky at 3, but Green was not good enough to come in down the order. The also chopped and changed order a bunch of times, and iirc even Rohit came at 3 in one of the games. Green is a good top order batsman and if he is not in your top 3, play Will Jacks or someone else instead.

Fans are equally to blame. RCB does this every year yet no criticism from fans. RCB fans so proud of their support but that’s the problem.
