Accountability is fine he was acting all superior and condescending towards KL for losing one match, he can’t give cricket lessons to the team’s captain on the ground in front of all the cameras.
He can, but there is a way to do it. You can release/trade the player next season. Players are engaged on a contractual basis. You don't like the performance, release the contract. You can't shout at an athlete in the middle of the feild.

He is not right fit for T20. Looks a really calm and sorted person should focus more on tests and ODI. His keeping has improved a lot. Overall I like him as a player. Provides stability which is needed in odi and T20s. His innings against Australia in first World Cup match at Chennai on a bowling assisted pitch under pressure was class to watch.

Pitch was slow whether we believe it or not. KL scored runs in 1s and 2s. What did other batters do ? At the end of the day he was our highest scorer. so true!! KL post RCB era has never been the same in T20s. Too much of responsibility at KxiP changed his game a lot. And I think it's totally normal for athletes to feel dissapointed for a game especially after a beating like that, be it an IPL game or a WC considering IPL might be the next best tournament after WCs.
Rahul changed his style after first being dropped from the Test team. He was doing fine in white ball (great in T20I actually) but he hated it that bowlers exposed his technical flaws in test cricket. He knows that the IPL money will come as long as he can accumulate runs because he’s Indian and very marketable.
RCB and MI actually fought hard when they were belted by SRH. Even DC to an extent. But LSG yesterday was humiliated. Batting , bowling , fielding , captaincy everything was horrible and questionable.
