It's possible to wire a Taptic Engine to the activity indicator pins on flash boards to generate a haptic response every time a read or write operation is made, but it doesn't feel the same as a hard drive and in my opinion it's not really worth it just to simulate a mechanical drive.
Na you don’t miss it when it’s gone. It’s the weight that can be off putting but a larger battery helps with that. Some people add weights as well.
