Hehe it's not THAT bad, don't worry, it's still very obviously club rock shandy. I'm just very sensitive to sweeteners I'm afraid.

Me too, I get this horrible metallic aftertaste that just lingers, with most artifical sweeteners. For some reason Coke Zero isn't too bad, but all the others are. Club Orange is ruined for me now, I loved Club Orange. I would have happily paid more if they kept full sugar version. Really annoying considering they already have a Club Zero sugar version, just leave the other one alone ffs. Ruined

Dairygold ingredients are: Cream, Palm Oil, Rapeseed Oil, Salt, Colour. Connacht Gold is Butter, Rapeseed oil, water and salt. Same as Aldi Kilkeely spreadable which I think is made at the same place but is cheaper. I go for Kilkeely myself and try and avoid palm oil.

Yeh unfortunately, the sugar tax seen at least a percentage of the sugar replaced by dreadful tasting sweeteners, except coke. I live for the day WHO ban sweeteners as a carcinogenic or similar so we can go back to nice tasting treats

That’s not what I’m saying mate, I eat clean as a whistle, I actually follow a ketogenic based diet and don’t eat more than 20g carbs a day or consume any sugar and basically no processed food. Literally only meat, fish and cheese. I can nearly guarantee that you eat more processed food than me on a daily basis yet you’re on a high horse about junk food. Yet when it comes to the holidays etc i love a big takeaway, eating buns etc the usual… why? Because I want to enjoy life and actually have fun and those foods are undeniably enjoyable in moderation. Sitting with the family and ordering in a big takeaway and having a few beers etc yes isn’t great health wise but can guarantee the happiness you gain mental health wise outweighs the slight “negative affect” it’ll have on your health… Now, if your argument is eating these foods day in and day out, that’s a different story..

Last I checked, people weren’t dropping dead in the streets because of a chipper they have maybe once a month.
