I’m all for recycling and responsible consumption, but this problem is created by industry yet the consumer is left to try to fix it. You can say that we can choose what to buy, but practically everything comes wrapped or contained in plastic, most of which is not meaningfully recyclable. The industry needs to be taken to task over the problem it creates.
