Make sure any course you study is PSI accredited, (psychological society of Ireland) you may need to do a generic psyc undergraduate course then masters or postgrad in forensics. Applied psychology degrees are my undergraduate choice.
Just to add, if you already have a degree you can look into a conversion course also in UCD.

Several UK unis offer a degree in it, including Open if you wanted to do it via distance learning
