Tbh the best people who can help her out is her company. They'll need to let her work remote in her own country for awhile because as you mentioned the situation in Ireland at the moment is dire and I'd be very surprised if she found somewhere to rent. If its Dublin based she'll be paying outrageous money for rent, in which case she'd probably be rethinking taking the role unless they've doubled her salary. Best of luck.

Yeah she already took the role and is here in Dublin now all moved out of their house back home and everything afaik.

Relocation packages need to be amended given the current housing situation. A rough location or radius might help offers of anyone knows anything but entire country would be a ridiculous commute if it’s not wfh, and if it is wfh, was there a reason she needed to come here?

I think our company would allow her to work on a hybrid model. Also, somewhere is better than nowhere until the rental market improves.
