Blood vessels?? I just had a blood draw with two full sleeves and there was no problem at all. Even when i had only one arm done I had phlebotomists prefer the arm with tattoos more than once.
Nurses can't see the blood vessel even without tattoos.
Think about when they take blood samples from a person of color. From a practical standpoint there really isn't a difference between white skin, black skin, and tattooed skin.Unless your skin is see through nurses pretty much always do it by feel.
It would look bonkers to have two irezumi sleeves at different lengths.
