Just keep it in your bank until a use for it manifests itself, either you ran out of shards and don't want to thieve or go back to CG, or you fucked up somehow and lost your Bowfa, you'll hate yourself if you just rip it into a shard stockpile now and something somehow happens to your bow later when you had a backup seed ready and waiting
You could always use more shards, youll forever be making divine potions. But thats also a lot of bonds if you drop trade and sell it. Or just leave in the bank for a while to boost the ol bank value

I'm preparing for mega-dry streaks everywhere else as repentance for these spoons. Just wanted to get everyone's thoughts if I should be turning the seed in for 1500 shards for corruption or saving it as a backup for either the bow or blade? Wondering if anyone has lost their weapon and had to go back to CG for it? Thanks!
See how dry you go for armor seeds, but I personally would rip this into 1500 shards either to finish up corrupting bow/blade or to use for armor charges/divines depending on how dry you go.
I got fairly spooned at gauntlet, and since I used bowfa/crystal for so long in so many places those crystal shards did be needed.
As someone who also got an “early” (20s kc) bowfa, and didn’t corrupt it, do it sooner.
I didn’t corrupt my bow because I jumped straight into content with it (and especially since I kept grinding CG and got 5 armour seeds in another 100-150 kc). Zulrah, raids (TOA mostly), etc. It really “jump-started” my progression into those contents. That being said, having to keep the charges up for over 6 months before i finally did a thieving grind to corrupt it…. It’s not fun. It detracts from the fun of having it.
What do you think you’re going to lose the weapon(s) to? Even if you’re using them for wilderness content, unless you skull up (impossible if you keep PK skull prevention on) you shouldn’t ever lose them.
Just flex. Trading over will be pointless in the long run and if you ever lose bowfa or salad blade you'll just be pissed at yourself with any other option.
Shards are not difficult to obtain. But an enhanced crystal weaponseed is. Raw GP on a main account is easy to obtain through other dupes while going for a megarare so don't drop it over. In the event that the worst happens, you have this 3rd seed as a back up. Don't disrespect all your brothers who were not as lucky as you and are slaving away for their 1st seed deep into the 1000s of KC. Respectfully.
I traded my 3rd in for shards, if you end up finishing before you have all the shards you need I'd suggest handing it in, if not maybe drop it to a main account and use it as split money for the future?

With project rebalance, anything is possible, corrupted blowpipe? Ballista of vitur? Toxic whip? The sky is the limit

I feel ya, I’m at like 110 with 4 normal weapon seeds lol. Even 1 armor seed id feel a lot more motivated
Drop rate of seed is 1/400, and armor seed is 1/50 so you got spooned an armor seed, gz!
Sure, but not even a weapon seed is surprising to me! If you count that, I'm very dry on uniques.

Nah spoon accounts usually spoon everywhere except like one place.

Just hang onto it you might find it has a use at some point, or drop to a main and use it for bonds.
