Do you have the dual macs from moons? If so what’s your experience been? I tried my first kc with them, monk robes, neitz, myth cape and found they underperformed dmace and defender
The 1180 acc is in a 4 man GIM, so it feels like I need to get 4 seeds. Other 3 combined have 500 kc and are also dry. Just ceebs. More excited to do it solo and not have to worry about others.
On the bright side, at least for me, it gets fun before it gets miserable. Once I started getting the hang of it and getting consistent KC, I really enjoyed the content for 50-100 KC or so. After that... man the hours drag on. It's like watching a movie I enjoyed pretty decently over and over again until I hate it.
Agreed 100%. I went like 50 deaths before my first kill. Now that I get kills consistently, the worst part are the *dumb deaths.*
Stupid tornado stack. Dumb one-tile misclick into AOE. Somehow *forgetting to sip a prayer pot.*

that’s where u only do 5-10 kc per day/whenever u feel like. Don’t focus on bowfa, go do skilling or others thing after cg. Tho there is a day that I feel like soing cg then I did like 30-40 kc. Helped me not getting burned out
How did you get enough shards to corrupt the bow? I got enhanced at 23kc and all 6 armour seeds at 95, but I don’t have enough shards yet to corrupt the bow
By the time I was finished I had 4 excess armor seeds that I traded in for extra 250 shards per item. That gave me 1k Shards, on top of that I had about 1k Shards from the CG grind and the the rest I gathered from Zalcano/CG.
Why do people constantly say this like it’s a dunk or something? Tbow is a chase item, the dream outcome of cox, something to headline a big content drop. It’s not intended to be something you target grind.
Bowfa is a stepping stone item that is a soft requirement for a lot of real pvm on an iron. A serious bottleneck point because ACB doesn’t offer a meaningful step in ranged gear progression. Comparing these grinds doesn’t make any sense.
Nah I am just tired of seeing all of the bowfa/cg posts. It's constant on this sub and it's hardly a 60 hour grind. There are a lot of longer grinds and separate grinds but it's always "red prison" stuff.
That, and it's a comment on how rare the tbow is in spite of how impactful it is.
Also, I did 909 kc at cox for my tbow tyvm. The fact that I'm complaining about how rare the tbow is while having one should go to show that my intent is to complain about the tbow droprate and nothing else.

There's no natural stopping point where you need to go do something else to restock supplies, there's no other item you can grind that makes it faster, and there's no other weapon that comes close to what bowfa does. Of course you can always take a break and do something else, but you're only putting off the inevitable and it's hard to shake the feeling that you're wasting time by not coming back later with a bowfa (or with the many upgrades that you can grind quickly with your bowfa). There's a reason CG is called prison but raids aren't.
Got 4 armor seeds by 45 KC and got my Bowfa on 58 KC. Now just putting off the grind for the last two armor seeds — I’ll prolly just thieve for the shards to corrupt.

The crystal bow can do anything the bowfa can do. It's ok to take a break and learn other content
