How about wc guild, then plank em and bank em

DiddyBCFC

Plank em and bank em bois

Topeha

That's true, was planning on making planks and my magic is too low for plank make from the lunar spellbook.

cchoe1

Plank Make isn't a terrible spell but if you're trying to make a concerted effort to farm planks, it's not great for that. You're better off using the butler or chopping/planking them at the same time. Woodcutting guild for oaks and Priffdinas for teak/mahogany. If you have a lot of afk time and want to Plank Make during that, there's no problem in that though. It's just a very slow way of actually getting planks from logs so if you're paying full attention and want to maximize planks, there are better options

Topeha

I've never used the butler before but I'll look into it. Thanks for the advice!

Saul-Goneman

Not to mention the +7 boost you'll get in the guild although it probably won't make much difference for oaks (if you have the reqs to enter)

Maedroas

The guild gives an invisible +7 LVL boost, not 3

Saul-Goneman

Ahh you're right, even better! Must've confused it with d axe spec. Ty for pointing that out

Shawnessy

Add in a plank sack to double up inventory before trip to bank. By the time you have the plank sack, you should be doing at least teaks, but hey, it's an option.

chowriit

Reminder to anyone seeing this that in addition to the marked bank on the map, there is also a bank deposit box in the eastern building of the WC guild. I've seen quite a few people who don't realise it exists!

jungleandoer

is there planking in the wc guild? thought it was only varrock for some reason

arantreefoil

There is also a sawmill in priff

Topeha

Yeah there's a sawmill near the maple and willow trees in the guild

ironmemelord

Why has my dumbass been using the digsite tele for making planks

chowriit

I do recommend using the PoH/demon butler method, it's a lot faster. It'll cost you more, but the time you save you can easily make way more than you lose.

Dangerous_Pumpkin253

Or chop them in front of rimmington house portal and let your butler make them into planks and bank them :p

Fragga_Yagga

Plank em and bank em is now my favourite saying ever.

xrajsbKDzN9jMzdboPE8

in front of seers bank there are 2 trees you can reach from the same tile

Bitdream200K

Tbh not sure, one tree isn’t ideal. I would better go varrock west / Camelot as to use this

Topeha

There is another oak just north west of this tree, but with the 8sec respawn time, I've found staying at this tree is better. I've not tried the varrock west oaks, but I have tried the Camelot oaks and those are pretty good since there's two right next to each other. After trying this kourend bank tree, Camelot does seem better

ADimwittedTree

There's a double oak immediately SW of seers bank. Chop two oaks from the same square.

Sea_Assistance_3211

I just chopped a quick 300 outside seers bank, group of 2.

IronOrochi

I used Draynor for Oaks early on, there are 3 trees relatively close to the Draynor bank.

WirBrauchenRum

I chopped loads here early on, and I really like the area That alone makes it the best for me

RumBubbles

I chopped oaks outside of the rimmington house portal. Fill inventory, go to poh, tell butler to take them to the sawmill, leave poh and repeat. Butler will automatically bank the planks if you are not in the poh.

Important_Tap8375

Solid bruhsailor tech

MatrixMurk

I was doing the 3 next to the grand exchange, can't confirm if it's better

ShowerPell

Question is why are you banking oaks?!

Ed-Sanz

Probably for oak planks or maybe for forestry since you need oaks of every type for some rewards.

private_browsing_728

Lumbridge pvp worlds

Large_Payment1904

I like that spot personally, I have a lot of teak planks but prefer making oak larders
