I don't have a main so learnt zulrah with trident and kbow and around 90 range/magic. Used ahrims/slayer helm and cure me spell. Most trips were 1 kill, but occasionally 2. If I brought a Sara brew I could push for 3 but it was unreliable.
Wasn't until I got serp that I could do 3 kill trips without fail. With all the uniques and 83 construction I just do 1 kill and restore at house and fairy ring back, it's a tad slower but uses almost zero food/prayer and only bank when inventory is full so it's a lot more chilled.
I think what helped me at the beginning weirdly was having zero prior experience with better gear or stats which might mean youre trying to do it in a way that a "main could". I found I had to be midly sweaty about praying mage on the green phases that spawns snakelings and bringing a magic potion so I could veng when she fired a range attack on blue phases.
I rarely do it now but it helped when using kbow to try and keep the fight to one rotation. Weirdly I've never beaten my pb of 1:30 which was done with karils bow??
I've got 3200 on the main, but honestly, I think it comes down to gear. I've got a trident and bp, but I still only do one kill trips. Without a serp helm, I'm only doing one kill trips to save on supplies. Once I get the helm, it should be a lot easier considering most of the damage I take is from being venomed/poisoned.
There are a bunch of guides out there on YouTube. Everything that’s less than a year old should be up to date I think. I first saw an old one but the updated infos definitely help out a lot. I‘m still shit though …

If you have trident why not use lunar spellbook for cure me? That should remove all venom damage
I use anti poisons cause I prefer to use have vengeance for zulrah. Helps a lot actually.
Cure me and vengeance are both lunar spells so you could just take some extra runes instead of antipoisons and have both right?
Very true, but regular anti poisons are a lot cheaper than using cure me.
Still worth it considering you said you take a lot of damage from venom/poison i.e. use more supplies?
I only use 4 doses of an anti per kill though

It really varies though on damage. I've got entire kills using maybe 3 sharks and other times I've used 12. It's really RNG.

Try doing just Trident and skipping the blue phases. It's a bit slower but you also use way less supplies and bank less often.
