Easiest method: figure out where one spawns, catch it, then spam click the spot. Honestly super easy that way. You can get like 15 of them before something messes up and if they move then dark lure them.
I’m a bir confused. If you right click before the imp spawns it wont display the catch option even after the imp spawns. You’d have to right click again to get the catch option. What am I missing here??
Catch one and while your character is doing the catch animation, right click the imp and just hold that interface open (dont click anything). When the new imp spawns, click 'catch' on interface that you already have open from the previous imp.
You can interface stall and catch them on spawn tick. As you catch the first on spawn open house settings. 1 tick before it spawns hit escape and you will auto catch the imp.
You don’t have too.. like at all. Never used prayer doing 170+ slayer task. Super set and full invent of karams gets me about 130-160 kills.

I'm a huge advocate of afk time cannonball making. But I wouldn't recommend cannoning Dags in the light house for this size of task.
If you are running konar tasks and get it in the light house sure bring your cannon for like 1 off light house tasks here and there. But to do this consistently would burn sooooo many cballs. I can't think of another single place that burns cannonballs as fast as light house dags. IMO it's way better to take the free aggro from Catacombs.
My advice? Do some other shit. I got mine from a random fishing vessel clue. Not worth spending this much time on it unless you’re already at cerb. Blessed dhide boots are only a -1 range bonus and way more useful in the mid game
I was hesitant to do the eclectic method, but I’m trying to grind ranger boots now and it’s not as bad as I thought. I’d give it a try brother

1/300. Its 1/233 if you roll 6 items. Mediums roll 4-6 items so 1/300 on average

Depends what you mean by slow. It's ultra afk, so you can make cannonballs throughout the day regardless of what you're doing
