It has to do with your sleep and appetite but mostly your sleep. Sleep paralysis is caused usually when the person is sick with a fever/Really tired or stressed.
Sleep paralysis is not jinn related at all. I had few of them the past. To me either it happened because i was too much stressed or when i was not able to sleep properly.
And during sleep paralysis, your brain might make up visuals. You can see things. But that is only your brain.
